Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Oversee the full application lifecycle – from design and development to deployment – with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and high-quality standards.
Ensure adherence to best development practices and coding standards.
Work with technologies such as React, .NET, MS SQL, Azure DevOps, and REST APIs to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support automated testing and unit testing to ensure code quality and minimize bugs.
Collaborate with international and distributed teams, including across time zones – strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Provide technical guidance to the team, helping resolve complex challenges and promoting continuous learning and growth.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Continuously improve development processes and suggest new tools or technologies that could enhance team productivity.
Ensure application security by regularly applying security patches and maintaining system and data integrity.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, leading development teams and managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of modern application design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in React, .NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Rest APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and the ability to implement and manage them effectively.
- Proven experience in test automation and unit testing.
- Experience working in international and distributed teams, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
