Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development of web applications tailored for meteorologists and forecasters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in encouraging agile practices, ensuring efficient communication, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Working collaboratively with the team leader, who previously served as the Scrum Master, they will facilitate the continuity of successful practices within the current ways of working while also introducing valuable insights and improvements to further enhance team performance. As this role involves collaboration with a UK-based team, the successful candidate will be expected to represent our company's interests, address client inquiries, and ensure their needs are effectively communicated to the development team.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress
- Proactively identify and communicate project risks and dependencies
- Promote a positive and collaborative atmosphere and culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Schedule and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, Planning, Retrospective ceremonies, assist team in Refinement ceremonies and other meetings
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters or stakeholders to address cross-team dependencies
- Collaborate with product owner, project manager and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities
