To help this overall vision, your role will be responsible for ensuring professional and effective office support for Sony Slovakia as well as providing support to the local sales team.

Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making

Reporting to the Sales Manager in Slovakia, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Office co-ordination
• Office co-ordination agenda
• Office security – detailed guardian arrangements
• Maintaining business trips agenda – cooperation with travel agent, travel insurer, hotel suppliers
• Manage room bookings and transportation
• Support and execution of projects related to the office area – moving, reconstructions, storage rooms
• Mobile phones and modems agenda
• Cooperation with the Finance and Accounting team – cash withdrawal, archives, inventory
• Invoice registration, distribution and scanning
• Communication with the landlord office, organizing of repairs
• Car fleet admin support

Support to local sales team
• Dealer sales & stock report consolidation
• Credit note tracking
• Product availability information
• Customer profitability tracking and reporting
• Translation of Marketing & sales material

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or Slovak - Advanced (C1) or Czech - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Relevant Secondary education (University degree could be an asset)
• PC literate (e.g. MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical skills
• Strong communication (both oral and written) at all levels
• Strong organization skills
• Able to prioritise and work
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Very good knowledge of Slovakian and Czech
• Basic SAP experience
