Continuous Improvement Engineer

• Supporting the General Manager on encouraging and driving the deployment
of CI/LEAN culture throughout the plant
• Supporting the General manager on identifying and deploying the proper
organization according to the Lean strategy
• Proposing and leading the implementation of improvement actions with
specific focus on reduction of lead time through increase of productivity,
decrease of inventory, optimization of flows and inventory and reduction of
unnecessary movements.
• supporting each department’s responsible on achieving target with a
continuous improvement approach
• Supporting the supervisors with root cause investigations and problem
solving activities as well as provide them with tools and training to tackle
quality, technical and customer satisfaction problems
• Identifying the necessary training and support HR function on the
organization
• Targeted Gemba studies as required
• Participating in project teams as required and lead meetings when necessary.
• Coordinating operating agenda meeting and follow up with project managers
• Conduct internal quality as required by the business.
• Identifying and implementing a visual management approach toward all the
plant
