Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experience professional in strategic sourcing, including RFP development & analysis, supplier negotiations and contract preparation.
He will act as senior point of contact for procurement activities, including owning, maintaining and updating the Procurement Schedules and Status Report.
He should be able to resolve issues by working with all parties (contractors and end-users) to clarify requirements and resolve misunderstandings and Liaise with other project functions including engineering to ensure all tender queries are resolved to meet Required On site dates.
After tendering will be in charge of evaluating responses to procurements, ensure that offers are responsive and responsible and prepare comparative chart to make clear and objective the decision taken.
After all will keep procurement Manager informed on sensitive issues or issues that may result in termination.
