Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Generate reports and presentations to the General Manager
- Assistance in wording and translation of official documents in Slovak.
- Prepare “in real time” all reporting necessary to attend meetings with the relevant stakeholders, providing updated data that can support the decision
- making process.
- Develop day to day relationship with all relevant members of the team. Schedule and coordinate meetings among the parties.
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
- Managing filing systems - Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
- Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations.
- Administrative, logistical and budgeting control support for projects
