Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Invoicing and financial management
• Checking and review of revenues and payments, arranging corrections
• Identifying and resolving of invoicing and payment and discrepancies
• Ensure all monthly activities are complete on time, accurate
• Communication with sales, technical and accounting team about invoicing, claims, and related transactions in Slovak and English language
• Customer support, problem solving
• Monthly reporting and planning
• Responsibility for the cash register

Personality requirements and skills
• Education: Minimum requirement is graduation in economics or related fields (high school or bachelor degree) and 3+ years of working experience in finance, accounting or controlling
• Solid understanding of accounting principles in Slovak and international domain
• Good English, writing and speaking, good command of Slovak language
• Good oral, written and communications skills
• Experience and skills in customer service, going above and beyond the call of duty where necessary
• Strong MS-Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Analytical thinking and results oriented
• Self-motivated and responsible
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to work as a team player and positive proactive attitude
• Actively taking on roles and responsibilities
