As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients using the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications, specifically within the Cloud Management Platform (CMP) domain. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and user satisfaction.

  • Core involvement in the technical implementation of ServiceNow using Service Management practices based on client.
  • Co-Design, develop, install and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications (specifically Cloud Management Platform).
  • Experience in using CMP Blueprint or current template
  • Take ownership of defined complex business requirements and work them to completion with the support of the ServiceNow Business Analyst.
  • Leverage your extensive technical knowledge to ensure optimization, and compliance when IT Organizations use the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Willing to develop on older ServiceNow instance

Personality requirements and skills

- Experience in administering the ServiceNow Platform and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Experience in working with different modules of the platform with custom apps experience.
  • Strong proven experience in JavaScript, Web Programming, ITIL, HTML - any additional experience with PowerShell would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills (written and speaking skills) and strong attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding of relational database concepts
  • Experienced in working with JIRA, workflows from design to closure.
  • Ability to be hands on and work in the detail as and when required.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently, work to tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and work with related internal business functions.
