Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our international team. As a Senior Salesforce Architect and Consultant, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce applications. Your expertise will be crucial in advising and guiding teams through challenging projects, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce solutions within the existing IT landscape.

•  Technical Leadership: Lead the conception and implementation of Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Sales Cloud, ensuring alignment with the overall IT architecture. Act as the central point of contact for technical and solution design, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to capture, structure, and prioritize technical requirements for Salesforce implementations. Provide expert advice on how best to represent business requirements and processes in Salesforce, focusing on marketing, sales, and service domains.
• Solution Architecture: Design integrated Salesforce solution concepts, ensuring they align with existing enterprise architecture and IT landscapes. Define and establish architectural guidelines for the Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Align cross-functional teams with the architectural vision, ensuring cohesive execution of projects. Collaborate with hub leadership, business partners, and stakeholders, especially within the context of fiber optic expansion for business customers.
• Technical Management: Oversee the implementation team from an architectural perspective, ensuring that solutions are viable, scalable, and robust.

• Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce platforms, particularly Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Proficiency in customizing Salesforce (reports, dashboards, workflows, process automation) through both declarative development and coding (Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript).
• Architecture Skills: In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture patterns such as SOA, OOA/D, Domain Driven Design, and Model Driven Architecture. Experience with API services implementation (REST) and integration platforms like MuleSoft.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Design Thinking. Experience in detailing epics, user stories, and technical design documentation.
• Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Application Architect are advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in distributed and intercultural teams. Strong presentation and moderation skills.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in English (B2+) and German (B2+) is mandatory.
