Service Delivery Manager

For our client we are looking for people who are professionals responsible for the cloud services costumer strategy, in close coordination with sales.

- Responsible for the cloud services costumer strategy, in close coordination with sales.
- Taking responsibility for E22 costumer retention, contract owner and driwing costumer growth with a focus on upselling and contract renewal.
Responsible for costumer gain and loss, setting the bid price, contract fulfillment (audit/compliance) and invoicing.
- Costumer experience management.
- Overseeing contract and claim Mgmt. To ensure of compliance and costumer satisfaction.
- Submission of offers to the costumer.
- Ensuring that customer offers meet the delivery obligation of the delivery.
- Chcesking and monitoring costs in order to be able to assume profit and loss responsibility.
