MSD 365 F&O Functional Consultant - Tester

Essential Job Functions

- Experience in interaction with clients/customers to understand and document business requirements
- Ability to demonstrate solution capabilities to clients/customers including complex solutions with integration to third party software
- Experience in test cases building, execution and errors solving
- Ability to test results reporting
- Experience in identifying non-functional requirements
- Ability to document requirements or user stories with the relevant acceptance criteria, assumption, design decisions and Fit Gap analysis
- Ability to identify, communicate and control change on the project
- Experience in creating, approving functional requirements and functional design for customisations (functional design documents (FDD))
- Expected to identify, fix bugs and knowledge of raising Microsoft tickets
- Ability to produce handover documentation to allow transition to support functions
- Experience in configuring and utilising DevOps for requirements collation and delivery
- Expected to actively share knowledge through learning channels such as lunch and learns, capability community and other sources
- Expected to accurately book, organise and plan my time for my personal use and that of project or initiative work
- Expected to keep up to date with technical advances through Microsoft and community material on an ongoing basis
- Professional English proficiency 

- At least one year of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / SCM 

• Associate level MS certifications (best in more than one area)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
