Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

For our client we are looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our delivery organization, providing end-to-end IT Application Services to a major client, an independent intergovernmental organization. 
In this role, you will primarily focus on designing, developing and implementing changes requested by customer, while also being a part of 3rd level support for a diverse scope of corporate applications and ensuring smooth functioning of existing IT systems. This includes addressing bug fixes, implementing minor functional or regulatory changes, and actively participating in software development projects, technical upgrade initiatives, and modernizations within the client's application ecosystem.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or support roles, particularly in Marketing module,

• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform architecture and its various components: entities, forms, workflows, plugins, customizations, solutions, and security models.

• Thorough knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Marketing module,

•   Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365,

• Experience in creating workflows to automate business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365,

•  Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and JavaScript for customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365,

•  Knowledge of SQL enabling to perform data queries, create custom reporting, implement integrations and customizations,

•  Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS,

•  Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new concepts, technologies, business functionalitiesand to actively broaden the skillset. This is absolutely a crucial ability and success factor for this role,

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team,

•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,

•  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels,

• Very good command of written and spoken English.
