Junior End User Support

We are looking for a colleague who will help us with OS installing, patching, handling of backups, configuration program for 8 months.
Training will be provided.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- End support of computers, cellphones, tablets, printers for internal employees and external clients
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email or ticket tracking system
- Follow standard service desk procedures, work with various tools
- Communicate with dedicated technicians and service desk

Working hours are classic, Monday-Friday, 8 hours.
