We are looking for network enthusiasts, who will join our network team! :) What will be your daily responsibilities?
- Responsibility for 1st line support management in network infrastructure for internal and external clients
- Solving user requests by identifying issues, researching the cause, and providing solutions
- Monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to specific users
- Troubleshooting network related incidents
- You will work with LAN, WAN technologies, TCP/IP, STP, Wireless, Load Balancing, Checkpoint Firewall
- Communication with the customer on a professional level, cooperation with team members and other support teams
- Work on shifts (24/7 support)

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Skillful
