SAP Operation Manager with German Language

Responsibilities
- Serve as operational interface to customers for the commissioned scope of 
services
- End-to-end coordination of customers requests and small projects in proper 
quality
- Plan, control and take responsibility for the provision of services, meeting time, 
quality and cost targets
- Plan and develop efficiency improvement measures and take responsibility for 
their implementation
- Provide the agreed technical inventory and service data regarding the agreed 
services
- Take responsibility for compliance with target parameters regarding Incident, 
Problem, and Change processing within the commissioned scope of services

- Fluent German

• Fluent English
• Perfect communication and managerial skills
• Experience with leading of small projects
• Experience in SAP basic operation min. 2-3 years - Information Technology Infrastructure Library
• (ITIL) knowledge
• Customer orientation and proactive approach
