Place of work: Bratislava
Wage (gross): 900 EUR/monthfrom 900€ + variable bonus + benefits
Start date: ASAP
Contract type: full-time

Responsibility for 1st line support management in network infrastructure for internal and external clients
Solving user requests by identifying issues, researching the cause and providing solutions
Monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to specific users
Troubleshooting network related incidents
You will work with LAN, WAN technologies, TCP/IP, STP, Wireless, Load Balancing, Checkpoint Firewall
Communication with the customer on a professional level, cooperation with team members and other support teams
Work on shifts (24/7 support)
