Wage (gross): 2 300 EUR/monthfrom 2300€ / month
Start date: ASAP
Contract type: full-time

To assist with various international projects for customers in Europe, focus mostly on the German market. Provide comprehensive Networking services to customers. Provide an implementation of projects. Ensure the stable operation of customer networks and connected peripherals. Provide first and second line technical support to Customers and other Teams within Company.

Manage and troubleshoot all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, wireless controllers, access gateways, VPN concentrators, etc. to ensure stable and reliable operation
Proactive monitoring of customer networks
Organize daily support tickets (incidents, service requests) and finish them in time, often in cooperation with other support teams, ISP and the customer
Document hardware installation and troubleshooting procedures
Document operational procedures
Take the on call duty role to provide 24/7 support for customers
Assist senior team members to design and test network architecture designs

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

University degree in the field of computer science, telecommunications or similar
CCNP certificate - technical industry standard certification exam proven
Fluent in English and German
At least 5 years networking experience is must
Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack in general, Ethernet
Knowledge on CCNP Enterprise/ CCNP Datacenter level
Good knowledge of VLANs, VTP, STP, HSRP, and other LAN based network protocols
Good knowledge of dynamic routing protocols like OSPF and EIGRP
Good knowledge in Cisco StackWise switching, Cisco VSS, Nexus vPC
Good with Cisco switch/router configuration
Good with basic network architectures and designs
Basic knowledge BGP routing protocol
Good knowledge of IPsec VPNs is an advantage
Experience with Cisco wireless AP and WLC is an advantage
Basic Linux-based OS skills is an asset
Experience of working in an ITIL orientated company
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, eager to cooperation
Ability to conduct into networking issues as required
Highly self-motivated, proven analytical and problem solving abilities
Comfortable with working in an international collaborative environment
Strong personality combined with social skills
