Providing application support of Network management tools to our external/internal customers
Providing service to our internal as well as external customers
Answering incoming calls
Answering queries coming via live chat/email
Application support for variety of Network management tools (SMARTS, GTAC, Voyence, Vitalnet etc.)
Troubleshooting on Linux servers - Troubleshooting on Windows servers

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Recent experience working in, or with IT
Linux/Unix experience
Customer service Experience - desire to work / learn with new technologies
Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written, Technical & Interpersonal)
Good problem solving skills
Proficiency in the use of standard windows base applications
Ability to work well under pressure, set priorities and make well considered decisions
