IT System Engineer - Brusel

We are looking for IT Administrator(onsite in Brusel) for our client in Brusel. 

You will be responsible for:
-maintaining and ensuring the operability of IT infrastructure and IT based management systems (LAN, WLAN, WAN, telecommunication, cloud, …)
-design and maintenance of the IT security concept and its documentation
-ensure that the IT systems in use comply to guidelines relating to IT and data security
-identifying relevant problems and issues and assisting in formulating implementation-oriented solutions
-further developing instruments and assisting in introducing innovation and change
-managing knowledge by disseminating and documenting know-how, experience and information
-regularly updating computer software and programs
-physical migration of the servers in case of a change
-handover documentation in case of termination of service contract
-budget planning for IT investments

We are also providing company paid accommodation and company paid flight tickets (2x per month) +1215EUR/month per diems

University student

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

We expect:

• Certification for Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Windows 10 and MS Office 2016/365 or equivalent experience
• Outstanding knowledge of IT hardware and software used, computer network systems, database software, network security
• LANs
• Internet connections
• SQL-Server (Microsoft)
• Active Directory, DNS, VPN and DCHP server environment
• CISCO Meraki firewall and switches
• LAMP
• Hardware (PCs, printers, routers, peripherals, VOIP and communication equipment etc.)
• MS Office software incl. Outlook
• MS Windows Operating systems
• Website design software is an asset
