Financial Administrator

Information about the position

  • Place of work: Bratislava
  • Wage (gross): from 1100€ + benefit program
  • Contract type: full-time

- Monthly prepare, check and finalization of invoice-volumes
- Alignment with corporate time tracking tools (Priamos) and existing set of rules for ordering services from partner
- Communication with counterpart of invoicing from partner companies to discuss and clarify differences (analytical skills and ability to focus on details needed)
- Consolidation of data including consistency and quality check for DXC-invoicing-sheet
- Results check and clarification of deviations with capabilities and finance
- Communication of results to partner manager, capability leads and finance
- Check, confirm and initiate requests for Priamos basic data input (new/change accounts, new/change user, new/change prices, new/change purchase orders)
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Special or ad-hoc requests for analyses regarding the above points from a financial perspective

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Basic Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with MS Excel including understanding of pivot tables, usage of complex formulas and linking of data sources

  • Familiar with other MS Office applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to focus on details
  • Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
  • German language at least on passive level is a major advantage

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of prior financial administrator, accounting or data analyst experience

  • Experience from managed IT services or procurement 
  • Experience from multinational/corporate environment is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
  • High levels of integrity and discretion, attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, organized individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision
