Junior Unix Administrator

If Linux is the only operation system for you, you use commands as ls, chmod or kill-9 on daily basis then come and join our Unix 1st level support team. We will show you new horizons of the unix world.

Job description:

• manage and resolve technical OS problems (1st line)
• minimize unplanned downtimes in customers environments
• solve customers requests and standardizing information/technology solutions, associated processes and automating tasks on the UX Server platforms
• cooperate with other support teams around the world
• Work on shifts (24/7 support)

Requirements:

• Basic experience in working with Unix/Linux Systems
• Oracle knowledge is advantage
• Networking basics
• Hardware knowledge
• Fluent English is a must
• Good team worker
• Ability to communicate effectively with external customers
• Willingness to learn and develop skills
