Personal Development Coach

• Act as a coach for employees' personal development in an agile environment
• Responsible for recruiting
• Responsible for all HR processes, such as goal setting, organizational talent review, follow up on employee engagement survey results, performance management, etc.
• Drive the culture of DWP with regards to feedback and agile working
• Develop and shape processes to support an agile organization and ways of working
• Support in capability building and skills development, e.g. via training
• Work closely with HR on best practices for agile organizations
• Work closely with Scrum masters and agile coaches to link in agile working methodologies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Profound experience in an agile environment / scrum master or profound line management experience
• Several years of international working experience in a mid- to large-sized company
• Passion for developing people
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally on sensitive or personal issues
• Coaching experience or certification is an advantage
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics in a clear and convincing manner
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
