Senior Oracle Developer

Your main responsibility will be to lead the Oracle DB technical stream of an internal application supporting workflow and commenting of financial data.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Your main tasks will include the design, development, testing and deployment of new components, as well as maintenance and support of existing ones.
You will also support other team members with DB related topics and issues.
You will be involved in different phases of project work with the potential to an assignment of your own subproject.
You will collaborate with internal and external specialists in Bratislava and Zurich ensuring smooth implementation of required changes in high quality within given time.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience with Oracle database development (Data modelling, Database design, SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning).
Solid knowledge of database development tools (i.e. TOAD, SQLPlus) and source code systems (SVN, GIT).
Strong analytical skills.
Good level of communication and dedication to work with various global teams.
Practice in automated testing.
Familiarity with Agile software development principles.
Self-starting attitude, stress- resistance and work independence.
Flexibility and mindset for continuous learning and improvement.
Excellent teammate, with active problem solving approach to issues and a can-do attitude.
Having experience with Oracle Exadata or Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect tool is an asset.
