- Lead research and prototyping of new technologies
- Shape product improvements based on real-world learnings
- Act as a key technical sparring partner for development and product management
2. Leading complex customer implementations
- Own and drive challenging pilot and delivery projects
- Solve critical technical issues across system landscapes
- Ensure scalable, robust solutions in complex environments
3. Technical leadership & enablement
- Drive knowledge transfer across consultants, partners, and customers
- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices
- Define standards, frameworks, and reusable assets

Your responsibilities
- Lead development of prototypes, pilots, and advanced solution concepts
- Drive research on emerging technologies and translate them into practical use cases
- Own complex troubleshooting across interfaces, integrations, and data flows
- Support and lead critical customer situations and escalations
- Guide customers in understanding and optimizing their system landscapes
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve delivery quality
- Enable consulting, sales, and customer success teams at scale
- Build and standardize reusable frameworks, best practices, and technical assets
- Identify automation opportunities and drive smarter delivery approaches
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers

Experience in
- 5+ years working with SAP or enterprise software environments and/or in full-stack application development
- technical delivery, implementation, or support of professional services
- integration projects, interfaces, APIs, or middleware.
- You are not scared to look into topics such as data flows between business systems, cloud solutions and databases.
- SAP Basis, architecture, or similar technical roles
Nice to have
- SAP technology, integration or module knowledge
- cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- experience with enterprise transformation projects
