Your role
From design to reality
In this role in our software R&D team, you work where complex software engineering and customer challenges meet real technical problem-solving and product innovation. Your goal is to help build perfect software products.
Your job has three aspects:
1. You contribute with research, building prototype, contributing to product development and product improvements in close collaboration with developers and product management.
2. You work with our customers or partners to deliver pilot implementation projects
3. You work on knowledge transfer to customers, partners, and SNP consultants to make sure that eventually these professionals can deliver required services without your help
Essentially, you work as the bridge between design and execution — making sure components connect properly, data flows correctly, and integration scenarios work in real customer environments. You are the critical link between developers, sales, customers and partners.
Not everything goes according to plan.
And that’s where you step in.
Why this role is different
Many implementation roles focus mostly on processes.
This one focuses on technical problem-solving.
You don’t just follow instructions.
You understand what is happening under the surface.
You work across:
• implementation
• troubleshooting
• customer delivery
• product feedback
• technical enablement
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes turning technical concepts into working solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
The team you will work in has multiple responsibilities.
