Key Responsibilities

  • You create innovative, interactive and engaging learning content for our products and services
  • You keep an eye on the market with a focus on innovations in the areas of methodology and didactic approaches
  • As a result, you are a coach and sparring partner for the team in relation to the use of multimedia, interactivity, graphic design, video production and editing.
  • Together with the team, you ensure that the quality of our learning content in terms of storyboards, script, language test, voiceover and subtitles meet our requirements
  • When it comes to optimizing the interactivity and usability of learning materials, you can contribute your creativity 

Your skills

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable function
  • You hold a master degree in Instructional Design or equivalent
  • Experience with creating eLearning and video training courses
  • You have already carried out trend analyzes in the area of 'New Learning' and adapted them to specific learning content
  • You enjoy taking ownership of the design and delivery of learning experiences and have an eye for detail
  • You use the different types of content (videos, e-learning, infographics, etc.) in doses and can thus offer the user an interesting mix of methods
  • You are familiar with the basic Learning and Development methodologies and adult learning principles
  • You are familiar with the use of common software for the creation of digital learning content, such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond
  • You master the MS Office package
  • You are a team player, and your communication is positive, proactive and you enjoy working in a young and international environment
  • Therefore, in addition to a knowledge of English at B2 level, knowing German would be a great addition. We are very happy about further language skills
  • You like to take the initiative and see obstacles as a challenge that needs to be overcome
