Your role

Do you consider yourself innovative, resourceful in problem solving and feel natural with people? As a SAP Associate Support Specialist in Global SNP Support team, your main responsibility in incident handling is the assurance of quality, the maintenance of communication with customers, as well as the provision of solutions. The challenge is to understand the functionality and business value of our product portfolio with its release cycle and enhance the quality of the product portfolio in order to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtaining from customer in written form basic information about incident
Incident simulation and analysis
Continuous communication with customers providing information for further solution development
Solution propositions to customers and incident completion on customers’ side, in close cooperation with Scrum development, and consulting teams
Knowledge increase in SAP systems and modules, SLO solutions, business solutions and products, programming in ABAP and new technologies
Communication and creation of related materials in English language
Performance and duration estimation of entrusted tasks

Your skills

You are a student or graduate of a technical/IT- oriented university

You have very good analytical skills and creativity in solving complex tasks

You work very structured, independent and precise, coupled with a goal-oriented approach to solutions

Your willingness to learn is very high

You have very good communication skills and confident interaction with customers in English language, both written and spoken (B2)
