Your role

Support project reporting and project governance
Project facility review (one-time and at each CR)
Project and budget planning (regularly) Cost / hourly control (regularly)
Project profitability evaluations (monthly)
Checking of consistency times and travel recording (weekly)
Overview Accounts Receivable (monthly and after each invoicing) Ensuring quality assurance of projects
CR Management - Scope Monitoring Administrative Support (including scheduling)
PMO activities on large projects (e.g. scheduling, slide creation)
Knowledge management (lessons learned on projects)
Review of the list of advance performance projects (VORL -list)

Your skills

Professional experience in the SAP project environment
Basic knowledge of several SAP modules is an advantage
Analytical skills and creativity in problem solving
Independent way of working, high self-motivation and organizational skills
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
Knowledge of spoken and written German is beneficial
High willingness to travel and intercultural competence
