Several years of professional experience in IT helpdesk
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office365, Office and Windows (client)
Know-how in the area of virtualisation (Hyper-V) is desirable
Very good team and communication skills as well as high

service and customer orientation

High level of commitment, initiative, resilience and flexibility
Very good written and spoken English skills
Willingness to travel

Your skills

2+ years of professional experience in IT support
