Job description, responsibilities and duties
Assistant to Plant Manager is the first contact person for all external organizations, which are in contact with SMRC Nitra. The Assistant is responsible for specific tasks requested by the plant manager, for the general reception/welcome of the plant, for all communication events, supports some administrative tasks for the Finance Manager and the HR Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- To organize timing plan and assure all plant management administration works
- To organize the daily and weekly meetings for the plant manager
- To provide meeting reports and presentations requested by the plant manager
- To manage all special events and visits: SMRC Top Management, Customers, Partners, etc…
- To be responsible for the management of special projects, contacts with external offices, set-up & follow-up meetings.
- To execute the « Reception » function: main entrance house-keeping, conference rooms equipment, travel arrangement of business trips abroad (accommodation, air tickets, taxi, car rent), refreshment and catering for visitors
- To manage company cars
- To manage Post Office services and Courier services and make accurate evidence
- To prepare documentation for archiving
- To be responsible for office management and equipment
- To cooperate with other departments on new projects (organization of opening ceremonies, company events, ordering of equipment)
- To create purchase requests and orders in SAP
