Job description, responsibilities and duties
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In respect with company policy and standards, the APU Manager is responsible for managing his production unit to achieve the targeted level of profitability, quality and delivery service. In addition he has the functional responsibility for maintenance and process to assure outstanding level of equipment stability, safety, ergonomics and cost efficiency.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
• To manage his team in order to reach individual and collective objectives set for the year.
• To make assessment of the team members performance, set continuous progress objectives and assure the evolution of his team performance (training, promotion, job rotating).
• To assure daily production in regards to customer demand and establish production planning in respect with corporate standards.
• To continuously track the production, quality, logistics and maintenance performance, measure any deviation and develop action plan to keep targets.
• To assure daily personal adjustments to cope with the customer demand.
• To be the warrant for safety, quality, delivery and costs standards.
• To establish all actions to get a smooth start-up of new projects
• To develop, propose and implement all continuous improvement plans as regards to his objectives.
• To propose operations budget for his/her department (operations & capital spending)
• To continuously track the cost/profit performance, measure any deviation and develop action plan to keep targets

Min. 5 years experience on similar managerial position in automotive (Tier 1), plastic industry is a big advantage
