Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Management, observance and improvement of quality management system in the plant according IATF 16 949 and special customer requirements.
- Cooperation with all plant departments in order to achieve complying with IATF and customer requirement.
- Train all related personnel according new rules or requirement
- To follow customer requirements
- To manage and improve QMS in SMRC plant according IATF 16 949 rules and all other international automotive regulations
- Preparation of SMRC plant for certification/re-certification audit and all customer audits requested according special customer requirement.
- Management of quality system documentation on SMRC intranet.
- To observe, implementation and change application in quality system area and in international automotive industry.
- Consultation with internal staff concerning quality in automotive industry.
- Purchase, registration and literature rental from automotive area
- Checking of SMRC quality policy fulfilment
- Following of quality targets fulfilment
- Creation and following of internal audits fulfilment (LPA, Product audit, Process audit, System audit, Customer audit, etc)
- Internal audit performance according IATF 16 949 rules and leading of external audits in our plant
- Reporting of internal audit results.
- Communication between different departments due to improvement action from internal audit application
- Reporting of improvements action from internal audit
- Control of certification validity for Plant and Plant employee
- Training (internal/external) proposal for SMRC employee from quality system area.
- Realization of internal trainings from quality system area.
- Collection and reporting of quality KPI´s on monthly base.
- Collection and preparation of documents for Management Review
- Fulfilment of working tasks which were establish from his/her boss
- To create and update quality documentation
- To follow and maintain all QMS / EHS requirements
- To follow continuous improvement (safety, suggestions, costs, quality, etc.)
- To follow / keep all tasks, instructions and requirements given by Quality Manager

- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Presentation skills
