Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a data savvy Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision making.

What will you do?

• Develop and own the reporting and data strategy for Retail Offer Management.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to support key business decisions.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and deep dives, turning data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend data driven actions.
• Embed data, insights, and reporting tools into decision making processes across retail.
• Train and support users in Data Lake, Power BI, and self service analytics tools.
• Cooperate with Digital Factory to implement and adopt advanced analytics solutions.
• Address data quality issues and coordinate improvements with internal teams.
• Work closely with Group Offer Management to ensure alignment on projects and daily operations.

What do we expect?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, BI, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic knowledge of SQL, DAX, or similar analytical/programming languages.
• Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen and proven stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, curious mindset and a positive, can do attitude.
• Fluency in English (required)
