Product Owner

What will you do?

• Determine and design technology system architecture to support and meet company business goals.
• Assist management and product managers in evaluating the business mission and ensuring effective use of IT assets.
• Create and maintain technology roadmaps based on trends and supplier roadmaps, documenting strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate existing IT systems for weaknesses that could compromise performance, security, or efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy for architecture optimization aligned with broader business goals.
• Collaborate closely with teams to identify and analyze technology and transformation requirements across RITS architecture.
• Design an integrated technology ecosystem incorporating IIoT, Advanced Analytics, AI, ML, and other emerging technologies.
• Communicate regularly with product owners and technical specialists to consult on architecture enhancements.

What do we expect?

• University/College degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Architect.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Overall understanding of technologies used in the Architecture.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project Professional software.
• ERP knowledge.
• Preferred knowledge of Consumer Finance, Retail, and Card industry-specific business applications.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
