Cyber Security Manager

We are looking for the Cyber Security Manager to oversee the people, processes and services, ensuring productive and motivating working environment. This role involves managing internal staff, collaboration with various teams and stakeholders within the company and external vendors, ensuring process compliance and supporting IT and Cyber Security service operations.

The Cyber Security Manager will also contribute and drive as required, strategic delivery initiatives, operations and processes optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, build up, lead and continuously develop Cyber Security team in Slovakia, actively contributing to overall Cyber Security and Company Leadership efforts.
• Related budget management, as well as overseeing the licensing, operation and capacity of IT systems within the department.
• Ensure compliance with cyber security policies and corporate regulations, including occupational health and safety.
• Maintain service-oriented operations and development in line with business expectations.
• Drive and contribute to designated cyber security initiatives (programs, projects, process development), always looking for the ways of improvement .
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote realization of cyber security goals.
• Provide regular reporting, as required, on team’s activities and wider professional area.
• Add to the development and implementation of MOL Group's IT strategy and Cyber Security strategy.

What do we expect?

• University / college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Understanding of cyber security principles, practices and standards, and technical solutions
• 5+ years' experience in IT, preferably cyber security, managing people, or via program/project management, must be a team player
• Structured thinking and analytical skills, problem solving and fast learning, with focused "can-do" positive attitude
• Excellent written & oral communication skills and ability to balance conflicting interests, English is a must (Slovak and Hungarian are advantage)
• Strong customer-focused approach and adept at translating customer needs into IT solutions.
