Organizational Design & Corporate Governance is looking for a new team member for the following position:

Organizational Design and Corporate Governance Partner

with focus on contributing to the development of the MOL Group corporate governance system and to deliver value-added service to management and employees in designated business division.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Contributing to the implementation of the corporate governance model and operational model of MOL Group focusing on SLOVNAFT Group, organizational design, decision-making system and signatory rights
• Provides advisory support to management in all governance and restructuring processes, integration of newly acquired companies and setting operative models for new businesses, managing portfolio data
• Proposes and implements initiatives related to organizational development, coordinates and manages organizational changes in MOL Group
• Management of process regulations system by providing professional support and reporting, taking part in development and maintaining IT tools for regulations development
• Daily operational support for Areas, Providing OD&CG training for assigned Areas
• Contributing to the quality of key business activities through understanding of the industry, business model and business context

Skills:

• University / Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Economics or HR related field
• Fluent in Slovak, English, written and spoken
• Proactive, Can-do approach and positive mindset
• A client focused attitude to achieve excellence in corporate governance
• Proven profound communication, convincing and advisory skills with the ability to work at all levels within the organization.
