Sales and Supply Specialist (maternity leave cover)

Join our Sales and Supply team responsible for providing complex commercial support through handling the daily order-related operations in order to meet the customer and business unit expectations on time and in good quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Play a key role in contacting all international and local customers, departments and all participants in the delivery chain
• Manage orders (expot -import), verify data, handle samples. Check affordability of orders, record in ISA and SAP system
• Responsible for creating and sending down payment request in case of advance payment and checking incoming payments.
• Take part in monthly closing procedure by supporting MOL Finance department’s invoicing and correction process
• Executes daily operative tasks connected to the realisation of commercial process in the form of processing of purchase/ sales orders in the IS and the execution of complex administrative commercial tasks
• Take part in projects related to the MOL Group units, e.g.: process and/or SAP developments
• Provide administrative support of co-units related non-standard tasks and takes a relevant role in the review of existing daily processes for efficiency improvement.
