IT Process Coordinator

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinates Incident Management related activities and supports Major Incident Management process in Slovakia
• Involves and escalates to Service Owners in case of frequently occurring incidents or in case of Major Incidents and makes sure the solution is driven in accordance to the related SLA
• Supports Problem management activities, involves respective teams in finding root causes of Major Incidents and frequently occurring incidents
• Works together with all process owners to manage daily operation and support project initiatives
• Supports in creating relevant reporting for the processes run in the organization (incident, problem, change and request fulfillment)

What do we expect?

• 2-3 years of working with ITIL processes in IT,
• Ability to communicate well in English and Slovakian, verbally and in written form,
• Result oriented and able to work individually,
• Good communication and stakeholder management,
• Analytical thinking,
