Senior IT Project Manager - Downstream

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Leading implementation of Infrastructure development and other IT area related projects by delivering complex IT solutions according to MOL Group Business strategic requirements and ensuring the satisfaction of both internal IT and business stakeholders as well as IT systems and infrastructure users.

As an Senior IT Project Manager – Downstream you will:

• Lead different strategical IT projects in MOL Group which is the pillar of our 2030 and 2050 Group level Strategy,
• Responsible for delivering projects in alignment with business requirements and within defined budget framework and timeline, responsible to manage and control project scope,
• Lead project teams from internal IT, business, and external partners side,
• Coordinate and drive decision making process and involve senior and top-level management in relevant decision making,
• Follow up implementation results, provides inputs for internal resource and external vendor performance evaluation and propose new or enhanced processes and procedure,
• Be active member of the Downstream IT PM community and contribute to achieve the goals of the Downstream Digital Development.

What do we expect

• University/College degree,
• 3-5+ years Project management experience, knowledge and experience with waterfall and agile methodologies,
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written and excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Structured thinking, result oriented and able to work individually,
• Good communication and stakeholder management,
• International PM Certificate and Project Management qualifications would be a bonus (Prince2, PMP).
