SLOVNAFT, a member of MOL Group, has currently an exciting opportunity available for a LEAD INTERNAL AUDITOR

Responsibilities

• Leading and participating in integrated group and local level audits, and also subsidiary audits
• Driving the planning process of the audits
• Executing the fieldwork tasks, preparing overviews over the operational and control environment of the audited areas
• Performing process reviews to identify efficiency and process improvement possibilities
• Assessing the risks of the identified control weaknesses
• Drawing up recommendations related to the identified findings
• Daily cooperating with auditees /both expert and senior/Top Managerial level/
• Continuous support and supervision of assigned auditor’s work

What do we expect?

• University degree
• At least 7+ years auditor experience (preferably BIG4)
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, solid presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and perform multiple concurrent and diversified tasks effectively
• Ability to take ownership of audit projects and drive them through to completion
• Open to change and willing to pursue new challenges
• The job requires a willingness to travel based on audit topic
• Organizational and people management skills
