Who we are looking for?

We are constantly improving our processes and ways of working, therefore we are looking for reliable and responsible colleague, who will identify and eliminate of process waste, activities with no added value within whole value chain. As member of improvement projects You will support systematic analysis of production and support processes. Important is to lead efficiency increase, identify process bottlenecks, implement Lean tools to eliminate waste, variability, inflexibility in order to improve company processes and value flow. Independency in systematic problem solving tools application is a matter of course.

How You can utilize Your skills and knowledge within Slovnaft?

As Lean Navigator your responsibilities and tasks will be as follows:
  • Support planning of Lean transformation program with focus on projects with real added value to company business strategy;
  • Conduct interviews with managers, technical staff and blue collar workforce with aim to identify opportunities for improvements, perform sit-in with defined managers and employees;
  • Manage and support data analyzes with aim to identify opportunities, business value, benefits to be delivered, scope, schedule and budget needed for ideas of processes improvements;
  • Support tasks, risks, processes and human resources (project team and other stakeholders) to prepare and vindicate relevant resources needed for successful proposed changes/projects/opportunities (ideas) for improvement implementation;
  • Support of ideas implementation in real operation, support KPI set-up for new redesigned processes, and support sustain operation of implemented ides;
  • Manage and support performance monitoring of implemented ideas, regularly prepare reports of projects status and benefits predicted and delivered;

To fulfill requirements for this position it is necessary to have:
  • University degree - Technical or Economical field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in petrochemical industry / people management / Lean Management;
  • Problem solving skills and analytical thinking and innovativeness
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people on different levels across the whole company
  • Experience in business processes
  • Change / project management experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt, A3 coach
  • English language - advanced (B2)
  • Advanced user of MS Office tools
  • Driving license (B class)
