Procurement Coordinator (Electrical)
Do you have an experience of procurement in large EPC projects or even capacity to run OVS tenders?
Moreover, do you manage to communicate in English, you dispose with great negotiation skills and purchasing skills? If the answer is YES, then you have the opportunity to implement your skills in our Procurement department, where we purchase technologies, works and services for the Project of Nuclear Power Plant.
Commencing salary depends on your individual skills and experiences and is subject to peer agreement. Minimum commencing salary is
1650€ gross base salary + annual performance bonus based on fulfilment of key performance indicators up to 20% of the annual salary.
Job description
- Preparation and administration of bid, evaluation and award process for the electrical works and other works in Project MO34 with a larger complexity including:
- Design, procurement, erection and commissioning;
- Development and implementation of purchasing strategy
- Coordination of the evaluation and award process within the MO34 Project team
- Negotiation on contractual and price conditions within the bid
- Evaluation and award process and amending the contracts, carrying out a price analysis;
- Administration of the business cases within the internal applications (SAP WISE, ECM, etc.)

Requirements
- At least 4 years experience of procurement
- Minimum of 1 years experience of procurement in large EPC Projects
- Capacity to run Market Researchs and OVS Tenders is a plus
- Good knowledge of English - B2 Level
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Package – SAP is a plus
- Purchasing Skills
- Contractual Skills – Material Sourcing and Market Survey Skills
