Senior Lawyer (Internal Legal Affairs)

Under the supervision of the Head of Internal Legal Affairs, a successful candidate is expected to:

• provide legal expertise in and participate on key projects of the company;
• provide legal support for to the company’s corporate bodies and its senior management related to company's business, internal matters, or legislation changes implementation, particularly in the area of commercial law (mainly corporate governance matters and M&A projects), business licenses, labor law, administrative law, IP law (with stress on business name protection & trademarks), and securities;
• advise the corporate secretary in matters concerning scheduling and organization of corporate bodies sessions, construe company’s Articles of Association and related corporate regulations, provide legal support in the internal decision-making procedure, and represent legal function during company’s general meetings;
• provide legal support in matters related to company’s subsidiaries and branch offices in Slovakia and abroad;
• be responsible for monitoring of national and EU legislation, revision and commenting on bills and other proposals of generally binding regulations, drafting and revision of internal regulations
• be responsible for legal tasks of administrative nature, management and update of various internal data;
• represent company’s legal interests before courts and administrative bodies in the area of Internal Legal Affairs unit responsibility

Základná zložka mzdy minimálne 1900 (brutto)*
* Uvedená výška základnej zložky mzdy predstavuje minimálnu garantovanú sumu vzťahujúcu sa na uvedenú pracovnú pozíciu pre kandidáta s odbornou nižšie uvedenou praxou . Skutočná suma základnej zložky mzdy bude upravená v súlade s vašou odbornou praxou, odbornými znalosťami a zručnosťami.
