Job description
We are looking for an enthusiasitic Project manager who has previous experience in leading transformation processes within the company and who will be responsible for:
- Driving the transformation project within the company
- Revision of the organizational structure, personnel capacities, responsibilities and competencies in the area of energy production
- Support Implementation of changed process
- Managing of internal resources and third parties for the execution of the project
- Monitoring and controlling the project execution in line with the project plan
- Measurment of the project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Providing recommendations and direction in accordance with strategic goals of the company
- Preparing and presenting reports for the management of the company
