Job description, responsibilities and duties

We offer you a unique opportunity to participate in completion of a Nuclear Power Plant in Mochovce and work in international expert team. For MO34 Project we are looking for a dedicated Contract Management Coordinator who will be responsible for producing notification of claims and management of contracting process.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Producing notification of claims to contractors
- Preparing construction and engineering claims including reality checking of basis, preparation of narrative and support documentation involving narrative review of events
- Negotiating with contractors and settlement of claims
- Initiation and participation on negotiations with contractors/subcontractors about contractual conditions
- Supporting Project Managers by providing statements and proposing solutions for various situations based on contractual arrangements during dispute resolution
- Identification of legislation changes and their application into contractual processes
- Cooperation with other units within scope of his/her competencies.

*The stated amount of the basic salary represents the minimal guaranteed amount related to this position for candidate with 3 years of professional experience. The actual amount of the basic salary will be adjusted in accordance with your professional experience, expertise and skills.
