Job description

We offer you a unique opportunity to participate in completion of a Nuclear Power Plant in Mochovce and work in international expert team. For MO34 Project we are looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for technical interaction with assigned contractors for Electrical and I&C part.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Managing of multidisciplinary interfaces, both physical and functional between the contractor and internal engineering units;
  • Providing necessary support to Project Manager or designed interface (commissioning, licensing,..) related to assigned contractor;
  • Planning (in coordination with the relevant units) and controlling tasks and activities and ensuring their consistency with overall project plan;
  • Identifying and managing risks in terms of time and costs, proposing and implementing the solutions for their elimination or minimalization;
  • Evaluating, accepting or rejecting of design changes proposed by he contractor taking into due consideration impacts on the project;
  • Assisting the heads of units when solving multidisciplinary issues;
  • Keeping under control the overall engineering planning of the assigned works;
  • Taking actions to ensure that involved disciplines are complying with the schedule;
  • Through minutes of meetings and dedicated followup keeping records of decisions and keeping under control actions agreed.
