Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Ensuring, after the signature of the contracts, expertise and support to Project Director and Project Managers in handling and interpreting contractual issues and suggesting and implementing actions and countermeasures
- Management of signed contracts of MO34
- Support the project team in relation to contractual issues
- Cooperate to contract issue or their amendments based on identification and assessment of the Project needs
- Evaluation of draft contracts and variations sent by contractors and contractual parties
- Support to Project Managers in the process of application of contractual penalties
- Keeping of the Contracts Management Database of MO34 and its timely updating
- Preparation, evaluation and support with regard to claims (incoming/outgoing), specifically in defining contractual background and proposal of resolution
- Co-ordinate among the internal departments (Cost control, Planning and reporting, Procurement, AFC, Legal, etc.) the process of resolving contract issues

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

law/science faculties, economic, technical

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

• Knowledge of legislation in the power industry field.
• Experience/participation in execution of projects in the power industry field in international companies.
• Participation in elaboration, conclusion and implementation of commercial contracts in execution of projects in a multicultural environment.
• Management of contractual and partner relationship with contractors in international companies.
