Head of Sales and Sales support

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Head of Sales and Sales support is responsible for developing and executing local sales strategy and implementing local processes as well as staffing decisions. He / She represents local sales and sales support in communication with internal and external clients.
• Support the sales teams with a specific focus on Slovenska sporitelna. Managing the relationships and process in EAM SK regarding sales, marketing, external communication, and reporting.
• Cooperating with investment, product management, legal on new products
• Creating performance analysis and investment fund comparisons
• Working on new fund launches including analysis and creating new marketing material
• Creating and managing report to the company board and internal client. Review and maintain the sales P&L, pipelines, and reporting.
• Management information queries and reporting on activity, fund flows and other data information request in relation to distribution efforts.
• Help with organizing a participating on events such as trainings, webinars, workshops as well as third party events.

Your offer:

• You have University degree, experience at least 7 years in the financial sector,
• Your knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets is a must,
• You are experienced in Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint
• Team leading experience (teams 3-5 employees),
• English (active knowledge C1),
• You are a team player and like to take over responsibility,
• You are organized and have a hands-on mentality,
• Analytical thinking, strong communication and presentation skills complete your profile,

We are obliged by law to quote the minimum gross basic salary per month for this position. Stated wage is minimal guaranteed gross basic salary per month. The real wage can be higher based on your professional qualifications, knowledge and personal characteristics.
