Risk Analyst – trainee pre Erste Asset Management

Your tasks and responsibilities:
We are looking for Risk analyst – trainee in our Risk Management division to assist in daily and weekly reporting for valuation of financial instruments in the investment funds. The successful candidate is an University student, comfortable with daily reporting tasks using MS Excel, incl. VBA and other tools, having a keen eye for detail. Basic knowledge of financial instruments is a plus. You are assisting the Risk management team in:
- daily and weekly reporting routine for valuation of financial instruments in the investment funds,
- weekly risk reporting,
- maintaining static data database for financial instruments.
Your offer:
- You are university student - studying economics, IT, mathematical or statistical methods,
- Ideally, you are available in the mornings from 8:00 till 12:00 - 4 days in a week including Friday. Alternatively, you are available in the mornings from 8:00 till 12:00 at least 2 days in a week and two days from 12:30-16:30 including Friday,
- Your knowledge of MS – Excel at advanced level is a must,
- Active VBA coding, SQL and Oracle or MS Access is an advantage,
- Your knowledge of Power BI is an advantage,
- Your knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets and market risks is an advantage,
- English (active knowledge B2),
- You are a team player and you are well organized,
- Sense to detail, analytical thinking complete your profile.
