Expert for budgeting, controlling a reporting _AM SLSP

As fully owned subsidiary of Erste Asset Management (Erste Bank Group), Asset Management Slovenskej sporiteľne is responsible for investment fund and portfolio management activities in Slovakia. Erste Asset Management employs more than 350 employees across 7 different countries. Our first and foremost goal is to help our clients to prosper.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting system of the Company and mutual funds,
• Process regular controlling reporting for the management of the Company, within the consolidated group,
• Cooperate on the preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements and semi-annual and annual reports of fund and Company,
• Ensure contact with the auditor,
• Coordinate and participate on development of internal and external reports of the Company in accordance with the requirements of the Board of Directors and supervisory bodies,
• Coordinate the implementation of IFRS in the Company's internal regulations and SW,
• Elaborate methodology in all mentioned areas and participation on solving and analyzing SW solutions in the areas of the department.

Your offer:

• You have University degree, experience at least 3 years in the financial sector,
• Analytical thinking, strong communication and presentation skills complete your profile,
• Your knowledge of accounting of financial institutions is advance,
• MS Office (Excel - advanced),
• Power BI, SQL is advance,
• English (active knowledge B2),
• Experience in controlling and management reporting,
• Your knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is advance,
• Big4 experience is a plus,
• Quantitative and data management skills are a plus,
• General knowledge of financial markets is a plus.
